Fixed full arch on implants
All the upper teeth, the lower ones, or both, screwed onto implants. They do not come out at night and they need no adhesive.

Between four and six implants go into the bone and a whole arch is screwed onto them. The piece does not come out: you clean it in your mouth, like your own teeth. A conventional denture, by contrast, rests on the gum, comes out every night and is held by suction or adhesive.
The difference patients notice most is not how it looks, it is how hard they can bite. With an upper denture the palate is also covered and food tastes different. With a fixed arch, it does not.
Fixed does not mean forever. The doctor unscrews it at check-ups to clean underneath. You cannot take it out; we can, and it needs doing.Who it makes sense for
- You are missing almost all the teeth in one arch, or the ones left cannot be saved.
- You wear a full denture and have not got used to it in years.
- You want to eat again without wondering whether something will shift.
- You would rather solve it in fewer procedures than placing one implant per tooth.
How it will go, visit by visit
What to know before you decide
It is the most expensive treatment we do and the one that changes daily life most. It deserves a second visit to think it over, and we give you one with no obligation.
If you still have teeth that must come out, the extraction is charged separately and is usually done the same day as placement. The quote will say so, with its own figure.
- You leave with a temporary arch the same day in most cases.
- The final arch goes on once the bone has integrated the implants.
- Daily hygiene changes: you have to clean underneath with an interdental brush or a water flosser. We show you how.
- A check-up once or twice a year, at no charge the first year.
